Evisu 14-Day Return Policy – Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Evisu, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our 14-day return policy gives you peace of mind. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to us at info@evisu.ae. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any doubts or concerns regarding the eligibility of an item for return, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you're looking for as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
